Hidden dangers of processed foods

People are becoming aware  to the nutritional abuse inflicted  on their body when they consume hybrids and processed foods. So fast-food chains and junk-food producers are devising ‘healthy’ plant-based alternatives to change their image. Sadly, the deceptive  marketing and packaging gimmick  trick people into eating unhealthy products which still make them sick.

To be fully alive, we need live food that nourishes the body. Processed food is engineered to be addictive and lacks real nutrition; it is dead food, which is dangerous. It takes willpower, discipline and dedication to turn a blind eye of the billions of dollars spent advertising this toxic junk  There is pressure to eat the same as everybody else and join in with the modern sad diet of malnutrition.
Processed and fast foods are marketed for their ‘convenience,’ but, they rob our health in return for freeing up precious time.

By paying full attention to your nutrition, you can prevent the mental decline, lethargy, and chronic disease that most people consider normal. It is not healthy to be sad, sick, and tired all the time
Despite living longer, we are experiencing a considerable reduction in ‘healthspan’

Understanding the real risks of the latest trend in plant-based PR ensures you remain healthy enough to enjoy a long and happy life.

In my workshop, we will learn alkaline Foods that will rid toxins from the mouth and promote great oral health, that will get rid of excessive fats In your body, herbs that help to treat diabetes naturally, that will naturally balance acid In your body, remove acid, knock inflammation, clean and repair cell and much more
Foods that contain copper magnesium that your body needs to function well and much more
Keep in mind that a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and stress reduction techniques are also key to total well being

Eat well, Stay healthy

A healthy diet full of minerals and micro-nutrients is fundamental to preventing osteoporosis, and you can get all of them from plants.

The beauty of food as a medicine is that the choice to heal and promote health can begin as soon as the next meal.
Take care of your body is the only place you live and it will take care of you. It's your life partner.

My favourite is alkaline Teff bread with raw hummus
Teff has the highest copper than any grain. It supports the immune system, increase circulation, healthy bones among others. Super Teff.
The hummus is made of chickpeas
Chickpeas is an important source of selenium, a mineral that supports liver enzyme function and detoxifies cancer-causing compounds from the body. Build muscle, nervous system health, regulates sugar, promotes weight loss and energy boost among others.
This is a highly nutrient dense food which supports overall health.

*More energy
*Better digestion
*Healthy weight loss
*Clear vision
*Clear eyes, detox and cleanse
*Better mood
*Boost immune System

If you want total rejuvenation and well-being this year and beyond, using plant based foods is the answer.
Health is Wealth.
